Your Content & License
You retain ownership of your Content. By posting Content, you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute it solely to operate the Service. You represent that you have the rights to post the Content and that it does not infringe third‑party rights.
Moderation
We may review, remove, or restrict Content or accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts for safety, legal, or operational reasons.
Plans, Payments & Refunds
Subscribers may purchase plans. Prices, durations, and features are shown in the Service and may change. Payments are processed by third‑party providers. Where permitted, refunds follow our posted policy and applicable law.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non‑infringement. We do not guarantee matches, outcomes, or continuous availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Service.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Indian BBW and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from or related to your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations, risk mitigation, or operational needs. You may stop using the Service at any time; certain obligations and rights will survive termination (including licenses, disclaimers, liability limitations, and governing law).
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to applicable consumer protection rules.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
